Tucked away from the flash and noise, our jardin—a leafy, open-air courtyard—is a French escape with a Curaçao breeze.

The design pays homage to the bohemian Riviera of the 1950s. Natural textures, soft linens, rattan, sage, butter yellow and terracotta. An open-air layout that lets the indoors and outdoors flow freely, just like the wine.

It’s where locals come to claim their table. Where travelers stumble in and never want to leave. Where couples toast under the stars, and groups of friends turn lunch into something much longer.

The food? All the George classics. Steak Tartare, Poulet Noir Rôti and that Steak Sandwich that somehow tastes even better in the tropics. Served with crisp wine, good tunes, and just the right amount of attitude. We don’t follow trends. We are the trend.

Drop in for a lazy lunch. Stay for sunset drinks. Book ahead if you know what’s good for you. Walk-ins are always welcome, but the best seats go quick.
